1. Project Scope & Deliverables
All software development, website builds, SaaS engineering, and IT solutions delivered by Vaynex are governed by defined Statements of Work (SOW) outlining technical specifications, deliverables, milestones, and timelines agreed upon prior to project initiation.
2. Intellectual Property & Transfer
Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, full intellectual property rights for custom code, graphic design assets, and databases produced specifically for the project transfer completely to the client, unless third-party open-source components are explicitly specified.
3. Warranty & Post-Launch Support
Vaynex provides a dedicated 30-day post-launch warranty period for all bespoke development contracts to address any functional discrepancies or bugs within the agreed scope. Extended maintenance and feature iteration packages are available thereafter.
4. Governing Law
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
